Twitter— Privacy, Free Speech and Profitability

Twitter should rewrite its policies on users’ privacy and content moderation while simultaneously creating an environment that is attractive to advertisers and investors. It’s not easy to balance these two sets of things because they’re at odds with each other. But this is the balance I think it needs in order to survive. Free speech is also an important component, and it can be at odds with some content moderation policies. But there’s a balance to strike here as well.
